REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We can see all our orders and check your details of purchase.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us by WhatsApp +4407481793041 explaining your reason of return and we will inform about next steps to take to receive the refund.

We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

You should inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Fragrances are included in Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and you cannot return them, if they are leaking or bottle is broken. In this case we need proof of situation in pictures and we will discuss further action plan for you, which may follow with a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. The original payment method will be automatically refunded if approved. Banks and credit card companies may also take some time to process and post the refund.
